ba996 Responsible Gaming —
Aware and Safe Betting
ba996 believes that entertainment is only enjoyable when it stays within control. Our responsible gaming guidelines are committed to keeping you safe and happy.
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is a pleasant form of entertainment — but without following the right rules, it can become a problem. ba996 is always by your side.
ba996 is committed to providing players in Bangladesh with a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That is why every player should set a fixed budget and time limit before starting to play.
Responsible gaming does not just mean playing less — it means playing with awareness, staying alert to your own limits, and seeking help when needed. ba996 offers several tools and features for your protection — such as setting deposit limits, self-exclusion, and a time-out option.
Remember: you must be at least 21 years old to play at ba996. Protecting minors from gaming is one of our highest priorities. Age is verified before every account is opened.
Our Protection Tools
ba996 provides these special features to keep you safe.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set your own limit on how much you can deposit each day, each week, or each month. Once set, this limit takes effect immediately. To increase the limit, the required cooling-off period must pass.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a temporary break, you can take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time your account will be completely inactive and no bets will be accepted.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break, choose the self-exclusion option. You can exclude yourself from 6 months up to permanently. During this period it is not possible to apply to reopen the account.
Age Verification
You must be at least 21 years old to register at ba996. Verifying your age with a valid ID at registration is mandatory. Accounts of minors are closed immediately.
Betting History Review
Your complete betting and transaction history can be viewed at any time from the account portal. Use this information to analyse your habits and make informed decisions.
24/7 Support Team
If you feel any concern or difficulty related to gaming, our Bengali-speaking support team is available around the clock to help. Come to live chat and talk directly — our goal is to assist, not to judge.
The minimum age to participate at ba996 is 21. This is a mandatory condition and any violation will result in account suspension.
Age Limit and Minor Protection
ba996's services are open only to those aged 21 and above. Online gaming can be harmful to minors, so our age verification process is extremely important to us.
If there are underage children or anyone you know at home, please use a PIN or password on your device and log out at the end of each session. Never share your ba996 account login details with anyone.

Signs of Problematic Gaming
Ask yourself — if certain signs appear, it is time to seek help.
Warning Signs
- Spending money beyond your budget
- Placing more bets to recover losses
- Hiding gaming from family and friends
- Being unable to stop playing
- Betting with borrowed money or by drawing on savings
- Gaming disrupting work or studies

Evaluate Yourself
If any of the signs above appear in you, honestly ask yourself a few questions:
- Am I playing for enjoyment, or to escape from problems?
- Am I staying within my pre-set budget?
- Is gaming affecting my daily life?
- Can I stop playing whenever I choose?
If the answer is no, contact our support team immediately or choose the self-exclusion option.

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Following these simple rules will keep gaming a source of enjoyment at all times.
Set a Budget
Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Never go beyond that amount — even when you are winning.
Set a Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play. Avoid long sessions and take regular breaks — give your mind some rest.
Keep Your Emotions in Check
Do not play when you are upset or under stress. When your mental state is not normal, your ability to make decisions is reduced.
Learn to Accept Losses
Losses are a normal part of gambling. Placing more bets to try to recover losses is the biggest mistake — avoid this trap.
Let Your Family Know
Stay open with your family. Hiding gaming is the first sign of a negative habit. Let someone you trust know.
Do Not Hesitate to Seek Help
If you feel there is a problem, get help from ba996 support or a professional counsellor without delay. Asking for help is a sign of strength.
Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
ba996's set limits ensure your financial protection.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for every payment method is ৳300. The same rule applies for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Minimum Withdrawal
For withdrawals, a minimum of ৳500 is required. Winnings generally reach your mobile banking account within 10 to 45 minutes.
Payment Methods
Make fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All methods are protected with SSL encryption.
